With headquarters in Boulder, Colorado, WildCharge, Inc. (www.wildcharge.com) is poised to revolutionize power delivery to mobile electronic devices by commercializing its safe wire-free electric power technology

WildCharge’s technology can wirelessly power many devices at once. The company’s solution eliminates the need for consumers to regularly transport bulky chargers, adapters, and cords for every battery-powered mobile device they carry, and ends the struggle with congested outlets and power strips.

 Leadership

The WildCharge management team has extensive technology startup, product development, commercialization and retail experience:

Dennis Grant - Chairman & CEO   Previously the CEO of DML Computers (acquired by STK); post acquisition, Dennis served as STK, VP of Marketing and Sales Support.  Dennis was later the founder, CEO and Chairman of HighGround Systems, a storage software company (acquired by Sun Microsystems for approximately $400M); post acquisition, Dennis served as Sun Micro, VP of Storage Software. Dennis has further served on numerous boards.

Mitch Randall, MSEE, MSPhys - Chief Technology Officer and Founder  Mitch has over 20 years of technology and research experience and a number of patents to his credit. He developed WildCharge’s unique, wire-free power solution in 2002 and is continually innovating the technology.

George Holmes - SVP Sales & Marketing   George has over 25 years of executive management experience in companies of varying sizes, from start-ups to multi-billion dollar corporations,  with extensive experience in turn-around and rapid growth opportunities.  Prior to joining WildCharge, served in the position of acting Vice President of Sales for Powercast Corporation as a consultant,  a wireless power company. George previously held numerous executive management positions with companies including X1 Technologies,  Agere Systems (formerly Lucent MicroElectronics),  Ortel Corporation,  Level One Communications, and Symmetricom.

Jill Clark - Chief Financial Officer / Human Resources  Jill has an extensive financial background in both biotech and high-tech. She served as Executive Director-Finance, HR & Admin for Replidyne. Prior to Replidyne, Jill was the CFO for Sitera (acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor for $750M) and a senior financial analyst for Somatogen (acquired by Baxter). Prior to Somatogen she worked in Development for Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory working directly with Director James Watson. Jill’s professional career began in public accounting with Price Waterhouse.

Greg Wolff – VP Products and Customer Integration  Greg has over 20 years experience in product marketing and product management at both early stage start-ups and large enterprise computing providers.   Prior to joining WildCharge, Greg was Area VP for Product Marketing at MPC (Micron PC), which merged with Gateway Professional in 2007.   Prior to MPC, Greg was at Sun Microsystems where he focused on next generation mobile and consumer devices and was also Director of Product Marketing for Sun’s Desktop Systems group.   Greg was a founder of Diba, a pioneer in internet appliances, which was purchased by Sun in 1997 and previously held management positions at Symmetricom and began his career as a design engineer at Perkin Elmer.

Mike Reynolds - VP Marketing & Sales Operations  Mike has over 20 years experience with product development, distribution, retail and service companies.  With a consistent focus on high-tech products and accessories throughout his career, Mike most recently worked for Mobility Electronics where he led product marketing and business development efforts.  He’s diverse work background includes experience in sales, operations, program management, retail buying and marketing for companies including Viacore (purchased by IBM), Ingram Micro, Alliance Entertainment and Wherehouse Entertainment.
