About Us

WildCharge Inc, a privately held Delaware corporation, was founded in 2005 to commercialize a unique, patented, wire-free electric power technology that has been in development since 2001.  The company’s products and solutions address the real problem many of us face daily—the need to manage and carry multiple chargers, AC adapters and messy power cords for our many electronic devices we use everywhere we go.  These include cell phones, laptop computers, music and video players, along with many others.

With WildCharge, a single tethered charging pad and some simple device adapters can replace all of your chargers, AC adapters and power cords.  You finally enjoy the freedom and productivity of not being tied to your multiple power cords and clunky chargers—an experience we call “Life Unplugged!”

WildCharge is headquartered in Boulder, CO, and maintains offices in Scottsdale, AZ and Geneva, Switzerland.

 Leadership

WildCharge management team has extensive technology startup, product development, commercialization and retail experience:

Dennis Grant - Chairman & CEO   Previously the CEO of DML Computers (acquired by STK); post acquisition he served as STK VP Marketing and Sales Support. Dennis was later the founder, CEO and Chairman of HighGround, a storage software Company (acquired by Sun Microsystems for approximately $400M); post acquisition Dennis served as Sun Micro VP of Storage Software. Dennis has further served on numerous boards.

Mike Reynolds - Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development  Mr. Reynolds has over 20 years of experience with manufacturing, distribution, retail and service companies.  With a consistent focus on high-tech products and accessories throughout his career, Reynolds most recently worked for Mobility Electronics where he led Product Marketing and Business Development efforts.

Andy Goldstein - Senior Vice President Operations  Mr. Goldstein has been a manager and executive with companies such as Quantum and Seagate and was SVP Engineering and Operations at Network Photonics, and COO at ProStor Systems.

Mitch Randall, MSEE, MSPhys - Chief Technology Officer and Founder  Mr. Randall has over 20 years of technology experience and a number of patents to his credit. Randall has been developing and enhancing our unique, wire-free power technology since 2001.

Izhar Matzkevich, PhD, MBA - Business Founder   Dr. Matzkevich has considerable experience in technology companies ranging from publicly traded to small startups, some of which he co-founded. Dr. Matzkevich has held multiple managing and executive positions in these companies.

Tim Dusek - Vice President, North American Sales  Mr. Dusek is a Senior Sales, Marketing and Business Development Executive with over 20 years of Wireless Telecommunications industry experience. He has held national sales management and leadership positions at Motorola, Air Touch Cellular and Sprint. Most recently he was the National Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Fidelity MLS Systems & Solutions.

Bill Getsie, BSME, MBA - Controller  Mr. Getsie is a 38 year veteran of IBM where he managed accounting, financial analysis, business strategy, product pricing, and compliance in senior positions domestically and in Asia.
